Banquet Centerpiece Ideas

We will have about 20 tables and need to keep around or under $ 8/table. I looked everywhere .. we do not want it to look cheap! We have a picture frame on each table, so we need something a little more to go near them. Help please!

Get Some Nice Patterned paper and ribbon and tie the ribbon around the paper so that it nearly looks like a certificate of graduation.

How about a fake degree ... roll of paper with the red ribbon?
