Best Wedding Flowers

For a winter wedding would be a good choice of flowers? I like the idea of white roses and white Poinsettias, but what could I use. Something different and unexpected would be great! Wedding colors are white, silver, blue and Caroline (blue). I think our theme will be something like winter wonderland. Thank you for the tips!

If you want to stay with white flowers, gardenia is something different and unexpected. If you want to go to the color though, maybe pink or yellow roses friend to go with white poinsettias and silver and Carolina blue.

White roses and poinsettias are nice. You can try to integrate some of mistletoe or holly as well.
