Destination Wedding Invitations

My fiance and I are getting married in the Dominican Republic, we're not having a reception when we return home so expensive for us, so we have far to go just fine and fun. We would like to invite friends and family, but we fear that it would be too expensive for them. I need a way to word my invitations to invite them, but they know it's okay if they can not join us! please help!

You do not need a special mention. Word prompts you exactly as you would if you had a "home" of marriage. It is not necessary to add additional notes "We understand if you can not do." People know that you think about it. Yes, a destination wedding is very expensive, some will not be able to do so. Why is marriage so far, I mean having it in a park or at someone's house, those are cheap to make. Then you have your honeymoon in the Dominican Republic.
Having the wedding so far, it's like everyone unattractive.

You would word it as if it were a regular wedding invitation. Your friends and family should know that the invitation is not a subpoena, destination wedding or not.
