Discount Wedding Photo Albums

I got married in November 2008, I still have not received our album! I am so disgusted that we havent yet got to show our family photo album of our wedding! I looked all over the place where I can write an opinion on the horrible service I received and I found nothing. I want that people should never use him. Every time I email him, he always has an excuse! First, he stated that his son was born in February ... I totally understand that .... but after he said he was on vacation or on vacation. 6 months after the wedding I emailed asking if there was a discount or something that we can get for so long. reply ... Well, it does not state delays in the contract how long it may take ... "Are you serious?? It is so much too! And I have all the emails! He did not even send an update or anything, he wrote that if I write him!

I feel so helpless! the only thing he sent me the CD of all photos and free prints we had with the package of about 7 pictures, and we just had this two weeks ago !!!!! It has all our money .... its $!

I hope that nobody will use its services. He gave us what we thought was a bargain but in reality, I wish I had with someone who has charged more than a better service.

You're right: It is horrible. It's probably a great photographer, but certainly a horrible businessman.

You said he gave you free prints. I guess he was supposed to give you an album.

You said he gave you a CD. Does the CD have all the pictures you want?

Also the files on the CD of the full version or just weak sample preview versions /?

Here's how you can say:

(A) Put the CD into your computer and view all files with "Details" mode instead of icons.

(B) Ensure that the files are large. They should be at least 5-15 MB in size. (Very important)

(C) If the files are only 100 to 200k in size, then you have been ripped off a second time (sorry).

I suggest you see a lawyer? Many of you give a 30 minutes to 1 hour free. Please ask around and find one.

Is there a department of fair trade (Ministry of Government to protect your rights) in your state? There are laws in most Western civilizations that protects you against predatory behavior of suppliers. Ask around, I'm sure you will find help in this way. Or you can always try Judge Judy (just be sure to have your facts straight before you look completely). Its Web site, if it could have details about where you can get help.

you need to get legal aid here, he takes pictures that you paid to keep all email correspondence that you have, because he broke his contract! one year is beyond the reasonable time to obtain photographs prepared!
