Look on eBay. you may be able to buy from a vendor and ask them to print the prompt. you can print your own. or allow you to print. you always embellish them with a shell, sand or other things Beachy.

I went to Michaels and AC Moore with 50% coupon.
You can also search the plain and clothe them with tape or stamps, too!

Office Depot, Joann Fabrics, Michael's Entry Hobby.

I got mine at Target and loved. They were $ 40 per plate and it was 50 in there. I think it was the most expensice they had.
