Our Daughters Wedding Album

Our Daughters Wedding AlbumHow do I get photos printed wedding album proof?

The photographer we hired for the wedding of our daughter has taken months to obtain evidence of the wedding album for us. It was absolutely impossible to get Ahold To order pictures. It has been over a year. All we have is the book of evidence. Are there any pictures of any way to have the book printed proof. All suggestions will be appreciated.

I agree with the first 2 answers. Whatever you do, do not make prints from the tests for several reasons. Firstly, they are smaller for a reason. Try to blow them up and quality will be terrible. Second, these photos are copyrighted and whatever your story, the photographer can fined for copyright infringement.

Call her and tell her you need to order your photos. If she has an office which she works or if you know her home she works from, show up there. Demand that order the prints you want. If it gives you a ridiculous story or tells you she is too busy with a lawyer. Chances are you paid a lot in advance for its services. Try them know that you're going to talk to a lawyer about this issue to see if his behavior changes. Make it clear that you do not want your money, you want pictures.

Weddings only happen once (hopefully), and these photos are your memories of the girls. These are photos that will be showing his children one day and they are the photos that she and her husband will be looking through them when they are in their 80s and remember how special appriciating that day.

Do not be afraid to be a royal pain in the behind.

Go with Tigr.

I recommend a formal registered fixing a specific amount of time for you to get your photos and, if it does not have an attorney write a letter explaining the request, it is out of contract.

Claims like this are almost a slam dunk against a photographer when their performance is outside the common practice of an industry and is outside practicing in the industry anyway.

I can not think of any excuse beyond the death of the photographer or the destruction of the negatives / digital files for a reason not negligent, you will not receive your photos.

Gather all the documents you have and organize it in case you need to hire a lawyer or decide to take him to small claims court. That is why a letter of application, provide proof core. Phone records showing calls to the photographer are also good.

If all or part of the contract is verbal, but your representation of terms and conditions of this agreement are to be accepted as normal practice, a judge can and should generally be in favor of the plaintiff based on a minimum Such a contract would be established and clarified.

You will not get anything from the quality of the evidence. I'm sorry. Trying to get something reasonable even by digitization and migration would be costly.

I'm sorry that you had to run into someone like that. Very, very few of us act irresponsibly.

I agree with the first three ... and I can not stress hard enough ... not print any of them ... you could be in big trouble, and the law would side with the photographer and copyright laws ... seeking legal counsel is the best suggestion. Blessings and good luck!
