Hadrian. Could you please explain how you arrived in China?

Since I was three years old, my parents always took my two brothers and myself to Asia, from Nepal to Malaysia, Thailand and India, the Great Wall of Komodo Island. We visited some unusual places, met great people, friendly, respectful and helpful. I feel very close to these people who are so different from us in appearance, but are full of sincerity and joy.

Regarding China, I had the opportunity three years of study in Beijing, so I did not really hesitate. My love for Asia has determined my choice.

Why did you decide to create ObjetsChinois "China Items"?

After moving to Beijing, I decided to create my own business in order to pay the rent for my apartment every month! It took me a few months to decide to sell some Chinese goods in France (and worldwide) because, "At first I was a collector of Chinese art. Due to the high price of Asian art in the European market, I was curious to understand why it was so expensive. It took me long to realize that the prices of Asian art sales in France are not justified. My passion is to grow my motivation for me to allow people who love Chinese art and Asian countries to buy their favorite items at a fair price. Because of my Internet life, I work alone and have no middleman. It allows me to have lower costs and attractive prices make for my clients (my prices are up to 10 times lower than those of a normal store). You know, the history of China is also fabulous and rich as the ours. Since I travel around Asia, I am always interested in the art market. And China has many treasures which we are fond.

My goal is to share my love for Asian art and Chinese by selling at an affordable price. ObjetsChinois became famous worldwide because of its network of resellers. You can now find items ObjetsChinois in several countries such as Indonesia, Portugal, France, Spain, Italy, China ...

What kind of items you sell? and where are you?

I specialized in ancient Chinese paintings, wooden statues of Buddha, Chinese kakemonos (Paintings), Chinese traditional items, snuff boxes, cricket old Chinese wooden boxes, and the Miao minority elements (clothing and jewelry). About my articles, "of course" I love the beauty and the old, but I quickly realized that the acquisition of a statue of Ming Dynasty faith was almost impossible! That is why I am now specialized in copying market (but the quality one). All the statues of Buddha in my woods are made in a wood of the nineteenth century. He adds undeniable value of the object.

I also developed a network of suppliers and brokers (some of them have become true friends). They often have original articles, but can hide very poor imitation. We must learn to recognize the bone, ivory, plastic, resin, silver, nickel [...]. Some Chinese are unscrupulous, as elsewhere. Every week I go in the suburbs of Beijing to find unusual items.
