Do I / should use Mr. Mrs., etc.? Is it allowed to use "and family"?

If your marriage is informal, so I do not think you need to use Mr. and Mrs., etc. However, if your wedding will be formal, then yes, put the dates should be formally addressed. The use of "Friends and Family" is OK if the wedding is informal.

I think you should put the formality for the wedding invitations. Save the dates are just cute for a review and directs. I like the idea of postcards. :)
