Save The Date Wedding Magnets

Having a wedding in New York in August and is preparing to put the date magnets. Invite people from the west, there is only one hotel in my city, I am planning on booking rooms there. Is it okay to put the card hotel with magnets?

I know info is ususally hotel w / invitations but I think people will start making travel plans ....

I think it's a great idea! If you have a lot of people decided to travel or just spend the night because of intoxication:) then it's the clutch.

I am originally from New Jersey ... I'm used to NY marriage, they are much much larger than other parts of the country. You can get some people say that it is not necessary, but it takes a fellow tri-stater ... necessary!

You could do it, if you already have a block of rooms reserved. With the card, you'll want to let them know the rate you have and what days the rate is good. Otherwise, just wait and send invitations and info hotel earlier than usual.

Why do not you just create a wedding website with this info? My wife and I had a site created by ewedding.com. It is really cheap and easy to use.

While you're planning to book a block of rooms is not necessary. Make sure to reserve enough rooms for all customers who may then need a person does "short" of a room.

You better reserve the rooms NOW because it's summer time is the early months of the children returned to school and parents sometimes need places to stay (book Fast chambers hotel at the time) while the children spend in.

Also, make sure you clarify all details with the hotel - you can cancel the rooms useless without being charged, how much you will make during your reservation, and the exact amount they will give you some all your guests - Make sure you get your discount!

You can also create a wedding site for free on www.theknot.com can provide your guests with tons of information - you can include in your save the dates. Just write something like "please do not hesitate to consult our website to maintain information about the hotel, etc." Something in this direction.

Yes, it's the best thing to do. You do not have to wait for the calls to come out and let people know Accomidation hotel. I know that I love as much notice as possible. If they send me the info hotel with a card to save the day, I try to make a point of staying at the hotel.

In Internet, you can add hotels and many other things about your marriage. You can have your website printed on the magnets, and your guests can find all the information they could possibly need ... while you are still quiet.

If the magnets have already been printed, you can buy small cards and stationary printed them on the site, and include it with the magnet.
