Silk Floral CenterpiecePosted on March 2, 2010. Silk or real flowers centers? I'm torn. Natural silk or centers of flowers? The silk is much much cheaper, but real, seems better? Torn. Ideas? So what were your table centerpieces or centers you think look great? Pics are great, thanks. Fake flowers look fake, no matter the level of quality. If you use flowers, opt for the real thing! You can buy them in bulk and make your own centerpeices for much cheaper than the florist would charge. You can use one or two long stems of flowers in a vase and some tabela few flower floating in a shallow dish and the other an in-between vessel size on the other for contrast. In addition, use the node for ideas mistress, they have tons! We use candles. We did not want to pay big money for real flowers that would die the next day anyway, and nobody would really even notice, but we do not want silk flowers, either, because no matter how high as they are, they are still not real (did not like the symbolism).
