Tall Centerpieces

Posted on January 27, 2010.
Tall CenterpiecesWould it be so strange to my wedding, we alternated with senior centers and short?

It seems like both types, the major centers of flowers and short (with candles and floating candles). I'm in love with calla lilies and I really want to use.
Your honest opinion would be greatly appreciated, would it look weird if all the other tables had a centerpiece tall and others short?

Thank you in advance:)

Wonderful, is not weird at all. I like the drama, he adds. I would be very similar in color, etc., but yes the mix once so perfectly unique. The different heights with candles and mixtures of light and creates a really warm glow. great idea, I am sure will be copied by others.

Congratulations and good luck

which are superb! In fact, if you watch shows wedding, you see that people very often use different pitch centers on their tables too.

I say what you want! I'm so sick of "rules"! I def have a good idea of what they will look like ... use the correspondence (even if they are different sizes) vases and whatnot. But I can not imagine it would be wrong if they all had the same flowers, just different heights ... if that makes sense.
Good luck!

It's your wedding, what you want, we understand. I have been to many weddings, I do not read into it. Yes, those with people with smaller centers can speculate you appreciate them less. Who cares, it's your day, congratulations. Of course, some may squawk about it, hey, they get a free meal, good music, I bet even people receiving Trumps Don moaned about this and that. At the end of the day is "day", "period. Peace

I'm sure it will look beautiful alternating styles of your table centerpieces.

One thing to keep in mind when using large facilities or large - it may be difficult for people to talk to others through their table if they can not see them, and / or see what happens around the room. It would be a shame for people to miss seeing you cut the cake or your first dance etc. because their point of view was blocked by the piece.

No, you can do what you want to do. Its your wedding theres no good or bad. If you think its weird, maybe you can combine the two by placing a thin vase with a lily in her wedged in the middle of the short round vase holding floating candles. It would certainly create a dramatic effect.

Or if you have tables at both long and round, you can make the big centerpeices on long tables and the shortest on the roundtables.

not at all what I think it looks beautiful! JMO

This is not an original idea. He has done all the time. We used large rolls of clear glass with stems of orchids on half of our tables and short glass vases with greenery on the scale. For consistency, all the tables had circles under glass vases and small crystals sprinkled around the base. I saw this in the ballrooms and numerous.

you are something. I go to many very fashionable, upscale weddings, and indeed a trend in these events. The room is very cool and the low level is very interesting and fun to watch in the room.

No, I think it would be very elegant. its different

No, there is nothing strange in this world. It is the trend setting
