Wedding Cakes With Fresh Flowers

I'll make a cake with 3 levels fondant icing wedding ... my friend asked to put fresh flowers and fruit decoration.I m "do not know when to start baking the cake and then when it's time to decorate.

I have always said it was hygienic to put fresh flowers on a cake that my mother wanted roses on his own but it wasn't allowed and had to be artificial!
