Wedding MintsI need a recipe for mints wedding?

Does anyone have a recipe for candy mint awesome few who are still at weddings and baby showers. They are really smooth and I've heard called mints buttercream. I need a quick recipe for my friends wedding coming up. Please help!

You can choose what kind of mints to make this list Allow 5 pounds of nuts per 100 people.Allow 3 pounds of mints for 100 people.

Leave the butter at room temperature until they soften. Heat cream until hot. Mix all ingredients by hand. It will be tough, so you may have to use your hands to knead until smooth. Add color as you like and continue to mix by kneading. Press into mint molds form.Remove forms. Place on waxed paper. Let stand overnight to dry. Turn and leave the other side covered dry.Store container.These keep long, and freeze well. Internet Note: This recipe is very easy and very good, always a lot of compliments on these currencies. Butter Mints
4 cups (950 ml) granulated sugar
5 c. soup. unsalted butter, melted
4 c. soup. evaporated milk
10 drops of peppermint oil

Mix all ingredients in blender. Roll into small balls. Press candy into molds. Chill. NOTE: A small amount of food coloring of your favorite may be added during the mixing phase. They are excellent!

1 / 2 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp teaspoon salt
2 / 3 cup sweetened condensed milk
7 cups Confectioners Sugar, sifted
desired colors
Essential oil of peppermint or other desired flavor
Yellow rubber mold mint
Granulated sugar for dipping candies

butter and salt and mix well. Add milk. Add sugar. Remove from bowl and knead until the mixture is smooth. Add flavor and color. For the mold:
Shape a piece of marble-sized ball, press into granulated sugar, taking care not to cover his back. Press firmly into pan mint yellow hose. Immediately remove from pan. 1 box of 10x sugar pound (4 cups)

10x sugar. Refrigerate about 15 minutes. Roll into small balls. I used molds in the shape of the candy mints. Roll balls in granulated sugar
