Wedding Plants

Wedding Plants Where can I buy small plants for the client favors at my wedding?

We plan to give small plants in pots for our cute wedding favors. Our wedding is in October. My only friend has distributed some bamboo at her wedding and I still have the plant, which is what gave me the idea. Any thoughts on where to buy them at a reasonable price? So what is a good type of potted plant to buy?

Go to a local nursery and see what they have available for this time of year. They will be better informed than a big box store and they are competitively priced!

Live plants can be difficult to find at a reasonable price. www.e-weddingfavors.com offers a variety of seeds of flowering plants in their spring wedding favors and wedding favors garden sections. Just click on the appropriate link on the left side of the page. Flag

Every garden shop. I'm not sure where you live, but has flowerland. You can also find them in stores like Wal-General Merchanise Mart or Meijers in the gardening section of t heir. But being in October, you can be able to find small cactus.

Why not try growing your own plants little? You have plenty of time until October, with small pot cheap dollar store, buy all kinds of different seeds and see what happens!

In fact, my brother has distributed small pots of flowers at his wedding too. They were able to work on an agreement and I have very good market for their florist!

If you work with one, you should give them a call.

IKEA

ebay!
You can get tons of them cheap. get the biggest arrangement with stem size diff and organize them for your guests.

I bought a few years ago, almost 10 years now!, And still have them!

check with local nurseries.

I used bamboo as a favor for my wedding:

I copied the drawing above all bamboo and bought on eBay the vases at Walmart of all places (they were almost a dollar cheaper at Walmart for the exact crafts vase Michael has been selling ), the pebbles to Michael and labels that I made here:

My mother, wedding party and I did something whole Assembly line for about 150 of them. If you want to buy plants instead, most local nurseries will give you a price if you buy a lot of them. All you have to do is ask! Since your wedding is in October, the moms are seasonal and relatively inexpensive, the more they come in a million colors.

Banboo is an excellent idea and they cost about $ 1/stock and is available in most Chinese groceries. You can probably find a quantity discount if you buy a large lot.

You can also try Home Depot, Lowes, or orchard to buy plants "that run about $ 1.00. You can wrap them in tissue paper (the colors of your wedding) or tie a ribbon around each.

This is a place online where you can buy bamboo plants in bulk at different sizes.

I suggest buying the vases at Michael's, Christmas Tree Shoppe or event local Dollar Store and get stones and glass to suit your wedding colors. I think it's a nice idea!
