If the marriage is given by your mother and your parents are divorced, use your maiden name of mothers and your fathers name:

If the marriage is given by your father and your parents are either divorced or your mother is deceased:
James T. Smith request the honor of your presence the marriage of his daughter Mary Sue (Etc.)
If your father has remarried:
Mr. and Mrs. James T. Smith request the honor of your presence the marriage of his daughter Mary Sue (Etc.)
If the marriage is given by your parents divorced and each remarried,
Mr. and Mrs. James T. Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Scott. Jones request the honor of your presence the marriage of their daughter Mary Sue Smith (Etc.)
How to Write Wedding Invites
